fameONE was a concept I started in 2003. I was trying my hand at street art and obsessing over the idea of letting my art speak for itself. The idea was that art could become famous and acclaimed, standing well above the artist himself. My creativity began to shift when I discovered my passion for photography. I decided to apply my creative principles to everything I did with media.
My professional experience ranges from working as a photojournalist in the U.S military to being a freelance photographer for companies of all sizes across the world. At times, I’ve used a pseudonym in journalism, and others, I’ve been a contributor as fameONE. I currently create simply to be free. Thank for appreciating and supporting my artistic endeavors.
fameONE is a man. fameONE is an idea. It is a moniker that belongs to no one, while still being very much part of my identity. fameONE is many things. It is my own personal umbrella organization which encompasses my automotive enthusiasm, sartorial aspirations, appreciation of architecture and a love of Japanese scenery. fameONE is all of these things and then some.
My goal for fameONE and all future creative endeavors is to simply create. In a perfect world — a subjective esoteric world which I am creating for myself — I would spend my days creating at my pace and leisure. There is no goal. There is merely a desire to just be.
Peace.
